For optimal absorption, most Quest® supplements are best taken with a meal. If you are also taking prescription medication, we recommend spacing your supplements a few hours apart from your medication to minimize the risk of any interaction.
We do not recommend the splitting or crushing of timed-release tablets. It will reduce the timed-release function.
Yes, we recommend that you take your multivitamin with the largest meal of the day, to reduce the chance of stomach discomfort. Please also read the label before use.
